Happy 2011! Charlie discovered 2 important parts of her body this month: her mouth and her hands.  More specifically, she learned how to grab anything (hair, jewelry, rattles...) and then insert it into her mouth.  When she couldn't get her hands on anything, she would simply try sucking on two of her fingers.

Charlie was also able to start playing in her Exasaucer and Bumbo seats...very exciting!  I went back to work, so Charlie started going to a babysitter, Kristie three days/week. Christmas was celebrated at Pam's house, where all Kris's  cousins fought over holding our sweet baby.  It snowed that night. We also had a big snowfall one night in January and had to pretty much stay home with Ella all week.  We took Charlie out in her stroller to see the snow, but it was cold and rainy, so her stroller started freezing.  She enjoyed it from inside the rest of the week.

Charlie is starting to figure out somewhat of a routine...taking 3-4 naps a day.  She will also usually sleep 7a-7p, with a dreamfeed before bed.  However, she's starting to figure out ways to sneak out of her swaddle...mostly to get to those fingers that she loves!
